Due to COVID-19 we are providing telemedicine service via phone and video technology. Like face-to-face medical care, this service will be billed to your insurance company and you will be responsible for any co-payments or coinsurance that apply to your visit. By using these services you hereby agree for Allergy and Asthma Clinic, PC to provide health care services via phone/video, and you understand that that you will be billed for those health care services if you elect to use them.
This service is only available to our current patients. This is not an available service if you have never been seen in our clinic.
